Welcome to the Okanagan Health Forum Website!
The Okanagan Health Forum (OHF) was organized in 2005 to provide cutting edge research in lifestyle medicine to health care professionals, allied health professionals, complementary health care practitioners, and educators. The intent of OHF is to bring recognized leaders in nutrition and lifestyle medicine to British Columbia to assist in these education efforts. OHF is completely organized and staffed by a small handful of healthcare professionals and business owners volunteering their time.
Whether you are a Health Care Professional or have a personal interest in health, the Okanagan Health Forum is an event you won't want to miss. The presentations by world renowned researchers provide invaluable insights into the profound relationship between diet and disease.
